Classroom walls are bare in every school I've visited, and reading materials are few. Teachers have ask me to help bring books, maps, etc. Teachers are one of the least paid professions-- $180,000 Shillings a month($95 dollars).

I wonder, is it honeybee highschool where bees learn that the hexagon is the most perfect shape for economy of building materials and heat? Do kidbees have playing blocks made of hexagons? Nah...probably not but if they can pull off such an engineering feat AND make honey too....gosh, I'm starting to feel like a slow mentally challenged distant cousin of the bees.

I started the circle by suggesting that each person share something from their past that has made them who they are today, and a vision of the future that gives direction. They could say whatever they want; my suggestion was just to provide a framework as it was most people's first circle. The person holding the flower is the only one to speak. The flower is passed around until it goes around the circle three times in silence, when everyone has shared all they want to offer. Respecting everyone's time is important in the process.
